secured across the HOOKS network.
1. Information We Collect
To operate the network safely, we collect:
- Identity Data: Full name, mobile number, email, profile picture, and official identity documents submitted during mandatory KYC onboarding.
- Location Data: Real-time background and foreground GPS data collected strictly when in "Work Mode" or managing an active job for proximity matching and geofenced attendance tracking.
- Conversational Inputs: Audio inputs and text messages submitted to HOOKS AI to parse job requirements.
- Transactional Logs: Razorpay escrow transaction tokens, wallet balances, and payout histories.
2. Purpose of Processing
Nexmate Tech Pvt Ltd uses collected data through HOOKS to:
- Run automated identity checks and prevent platform fraud or fake check-ins.
- Match Customers with nearby verified Hooks using proximity and skill confidence engines.
- Execute escrow holds and release payouts upon verified task completion.
- Deliver real-time notifications, OTPs, and job updates via SMS, Push Notifications, and WhatsApp Business API.
3. Data Protection & Zero-Exposure ID Standard
- All user data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 protocol, and stored databases are secured with AES-256 encryption.
- Government ID Redaction: All official identity verification records submitted during onboarding are processed through secure, accredited third-party verification API partners. Raw government identity digits are never
exposed in user interfaces or server logs. Internal data entries mask sensitive identifier digits to maintain complete zero-exposure standards (

4. Third-Party Service Providers
Data is shared strictly on a functional need-to-know basis with:
- Payment Processing: Razorpay (Escrow holding and wallet payouts).

5. Account Deletion & Legal Escalation Protocol
